Hieb & Associates, LLC has been serving customers for over two decades by providing exceptional levels of service and excellent performance. We offer design-build, negotiated, cost plus, construction management and other services as well. Our reputation on remodeling of commercial and industrial projects has ranked us as one of Hutchinson's most respected and capable contractors. In addition to the Hutchinson area, Hieb & Associates has completed numerous projects in the surrounding areas such as McPherson, Buhler, Lyons, Newton, Nickerson, and Haven. Our dedication to cost efficient pricing and timely project completion have enabled us to acquire long term relationships with our customers.

Safety

Safety is not just a slogan to us. It's our moral commitment. As proven by our Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) of 1.07 one of our major concentrations is dedication to safety. Hieb & Associates, LLC has consistently put the safety of our employees and subcontractors our main priority. We believe this to be a direct reflection of our careful planning and designing of a safe work environment for all aspects of the project. Our firm religiously schedules formal safety meetings once a month as well as "job box" talks as needed just to refresh everyone's mind as to why we are here. Our overall goal is to eliminate loss-time accinents for an entire decade, which with our concious attitude is certainly not unattainable. Safety will be considered in planning and executing all company activities.

Our philosophy in business is to provide a high quality product, while maintaining personal relationships.
